在进行投诉信写作的时候，要特别注意实事求是，要简明扼要，客观，切勿夸大其词，小题大做。投诉信
写作的重点在于三点：第一是对投诉问题的提出，一般是服务的问题或者商品质量的问题；第二是对投
诉的主要理由的陈述；第三点是你对解决问题的方案和提议，甚至是解决问题不利的可能后果。
文章架构：
● 首段：自我介绍+写作目的+引出投诉的内容
● 主体段落：详细说明投诉的具体问题、投诉原因，以及你所期待的解决方案，甚至是解决不利的
